Outline and objectives

This course is designed for students at a CEFR B1 level.
Students will focus on skills necessary to increase competency and mastery in essay writing skills.

Goal

The goal of the course is to equip students with the grammatical and structural knowledge necessary to increase their competency in writing essays.

The course will include short lectures, self-study and essay writing practice. All feedback and correspondence for assignments will be done through Google Classroom and through face-to-face assignments.

Homework will be assigned for some classes. Homework will be checked at the beginning of the next class. Class projects will also need preparation outside of class time. The standard preparation and review time for this class is approximately 2 hours.
