【Course outline】
Research on Corporate Law and Financial Instruments and Exchange Law

【Learning Objectives】
Understand the systems of the Companies Act and the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and acquire the ability to solve future issues.

【Learning activities outside of classroom】
Before each class meeting, students will be expected to read the relevant chapter from the text and the case law. Your required study time is at least 2 hours for each class meeting.
