Outline (in English)

In this seminar participants discuss the actual problems from the standpoint of view of legal philosophy. At first, they read together a fundamental textbook of legal philosophy, then each reports about the thema, in which each is interested.
Students should read the relevant text, and prepare to make questions and make their own opinions about the text and problems around it.
Grades will be evaluated based on the normal points of reports and discussions, and each term-end report.
