Outline (in English)
Algorithms and data structures form the basis of computer science.
Algorithms and data structures are applied daily in every field of computer science, and new algorithms are born.
In recent years, progress has also been not exceptional in the field of remarkable machine learning.
This year we will learn about algorithms for decision making under uncertainty.
Especially focuses on algorithms of various neural networks when natural language processing and time series data processing are performed.

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
アルゴリズムとデータ構造は情報科学の基盤をなすものである。アルゴリズムとデータ構造は情報科学のあらゆる分野で日々応用されており、また新たなアルゴリズムが誕生している。
近年、進展目覚ましい機械学習の分野でもその例外ではない。今年度は、"decision making under uncertainty" (不確定性の元での意思決定)のアルゴリズムを基礎から学びます。
"decision making under uncertainty"は強化学習で取り上げられている諸問題を始め広範な問題に応用出来ます。
到達目標Goal
1."decision making under uncertainty"のアルゴリズムの数学的定式化を基本から理解できる。
2. "decision making under uncertainty"の問題を解くアルゴリズムについて理解できる。
3. "decision making under uncertainty"に関連する諸問題について理解を深めることができる。
