Outline (in English)
The objective of Seminar 1 is to understand the basic concepts and theories involved in the design of management accounting systems that provide accounting information useful for the various decisions made by corporate executives and business unit managers in their organizations and for the performance measurement and evaluation of corporate and subordinate organizational units and their managers.
By studying the basic concepts and important themes of management accounting, the course aims to provide students with the basic knowledge and concepts necessary for studying and researching management accounting. In addition, the seminar aims to help students understand the contents and usefulness of financial and non-financial indicators for performance measurement and evaluation of company-wide and subordinate organizational units.
Students are expected to read the relevant sections of the textbook, as well as the papers and cases presented, on the topics to be discussed in the seminar. Those in charge of presentations should prepare their presentations using PowerPoint. Students who are not in charge of presentations should prepare questions in advance. Students who are not in charge of presentations should prepare questions in advance, and research the basic technical terms. The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.
Grades in the exercises will be based on the content of the report on the theme of the presenter (40%), the degree of active participation in the seminar discussions (30%), and the submission of reports (30%).

演習１では、企業の経営者や事業部管理者が組織内で行うさまざまな意思決定および企業やその下位の組織単位またその管理者の業績測定・評価に役立つ会計情報を提供する管理会計システムの設計に関わる基本的な概念および理論を理解するとともに，実務の状況も理解することを目的とする。
到達目標Goal
管理会計の基礎的な概念および重要なテーマについて学習することで、管理会計を学習・研究していく上で必要な基礎知識と考え方を身につけることを目標とします。さらに、全社および下位の組織単位またその管理者の業績測定と評価に役立つ財務的・非財務的指標の内容およびその役立ちを理解することを目標とします。

演習は，対面で行います。演習では，ゼミ生による報告およびそれについてのディスカッションを中心に授業を進めていきます。例年12月に開催される他大学との報告会（インターゼミ）に向けてテーマを選択し、そのテーマについて文献レビュー、仮説の設定，さらにデータの収集・分析を行ってもらいます。毎回、各グループに報告を行ってもらい、議論するとともに、それぞれのテーマにあわせた参考文献を紹介します。また，４年生については卒業論文の報告またそこで出された質問や課題についての報告を行ってもらいます。

講義のスケジュールを紹介するとともに、管理会計と財務会計の相違点、戦略の策定と実行に役立つ管理会計の役割を説明する。

管理会計を学習する上で必要な基礎的な概念を紹介するとともにその内容を検討する。
3[対面/face to face]：意思決定アプローチの方法
経営者，管理者の行う意思決定のプロセスおよびそこで役立つ会計情報について説明する。
4[対面/face to face]：業績管理アプローチの方法
卒業論文の概要紹介
業績管理に関わる管理会計の概念およびいくつかのケースについて議論する。
5[対面/face to face]：原価管理
特に，狭義の原価管理である標準原価による原価管理について事例を交え説明する。
6[対面/face to face]：中・長期経営計画
キャッシュフロー管理
3年また5年間の経営計画の設定プロセスおよびその実例を取り上げ検討する。

卒業論文の第1回報告
設備投資の経済性計算の方法を紹介し，各技法についての議論を行う。

利益計画の意義およびCVP分析の技法について説明する。

組織における予算管理のプロセスおよびその実践上のいくつかの問題について議論する。

分権的な組織，特に事業部制を前提とした業績管理の問題について説明する。

製造間接費の配賦の問題についての新しい原価計算方法について説明する。

BSCのメカニズムおよびその意義を検討する。さらに，ケースを取り上げ検討する。

原価企画のメカニズムおよびその実例を紹介する。

卒業論文の第2回報告
ミニ・プロフィットセンターの一形態としてのアメーバー経営の概要について紹介する。
授業時間外の学習（準備学習・復習・宿題等）Work to be done outside of class (preparation, etc.)
ゼミで取り上げられるテーマについて，毎回テキストの該当箇所および紹介した論文やケースを読んでくること。報告担当者はパワーポイントを利用して、報告の準備をすること。報告担当でない学生は必ず事前に質問内容を考えておくこと。その際，基本的なテクニカルタームについては調べておいてください。本授業の準備学習・復習時間は、各2時間を標準とします。
