Outline (in English)

In this class, you will learn various applications of basic ideas of microeconomics on corporate management regarding (i) trade relation, (ii) personnel and organization, and (iii) corporate finance.
You will also learn the basics of optimization theory, game theory, informational economics, and contracting theory.
By the end of the course, students should be able to do the followings:
A) Analysing various matters regarding trade relation, personnel and organization, and corporate finance, by themselves.
B) Investigating various practical situations based on the basics of optimization theory, game theory, informational economics, and contracting theory.
C) Understanding the essence of complex situations and thinking more logically.
Students are required to review the lesson contents after each class meeting. Further they will be expected to find some contents related to what they have learned in this class in other classes of lessons and daily news, and to train themselves to apply the ideas they have learned. Before/after each class meeting, they will be expected to spend four hours to practice the above activities.
Final grade will be decided based on mid-term report (50%) and term-end report (50%).
