Outline (in English)

Course Outline
Organizational behavior seeks to understand human behavior in organizational contexts. Students will learn the basic concepts and theories of organizational behavior, mainly developed in social psychology, and sociology. This course will examine the behavior of people in group and organization, such as teamwork, communication, and leadership.

Learning Objectives
The goal of this course is to understand 1) the basic concepts and theories of organizational behavior, 2) apply the concepts and theories to their own experiences, and 3) propose the solutions.

Learning activities outside of classroom
Every class will require students to do some exercises. Students will be expected to complete these exercises if not having completed in the class meeting. Students will also need to reflect on the contents of the lecture after the class. Preparation and reflection will take at least 4 hours every week.

Grading Criteria/Policy
Students will be required to take the final examination. The grading will be based on the understanding of the concepts and theories of organizational behavior (50%) and the effective application of the concepts and theories to their own experiences (50%).
