Outline (in English)

Course Outline
Organizational behavior seeks to understand human behavior in organizational contexts. Students will learn the basic concepts and theories of organizational behavior, mainly developed in social psychology, and sociology. This course will focus on the attitudes and behavior of people in general, such as individual perception, learning, motivation, and decision making.

Learning Objectives
The goal of this course is to 1) understand the basic concepts and theories of organizational behavior, 2) apply the concepts and theories to their own experiences, and 3) propose the appropriate solutions.

Learning activities outside of classroom
Every week students will be expected to read a chapter in the textbook, and complete the exercises and reflection in the chapter by themselves. This will require at least 4 hours of self-study as a whole.

Grading Criteria/Policy
Students will be required to take small tests which will be given occasionally. The grading will be based on the results of the small tests (50%) and of the final examination (50%).
