Outline (in English)

  When advancing learning of the various fields at a university, necessary basis of information literacy and application ability are acquired. It's often used by the various learning fields and business categories at present by the application area in particular, and the basis ability of the spatial information analysis using the electronic map it was, how to handle it statistics information with position information, a creating method of a distribution map using those and simple GIS software is learned.
Acquire the basics and applied abilities of information literacy.
In particular, develop the basic ability of spatial information analysis.
In the spring semester, students will learn about word processors, e-mail, the Internet, spreadsheet software, and presentation methods, with an emphasis on comprehensive information literacy. After learning comprehensive literacy utilization methods according to each faculty and department and the theme of personal interest, in the fall semester, various maps using electronic maps, satellite images, statistical information, etc. ( Make a distribution map) and learn how to use various regional environmental information. It is not an advanced GIS software, but a free software that can be obtained for free and can be used by anyone, so you can acquire valuable abilities that can be used for creating various reports in the future.
Spring semester: Make efforts to work on various learning and assignment creation by using what you learned in this class as much as possible.
Autumn semester: Similarly, create a distribution map of regional environmental information handled in various lectures and try spatiotemporal analysis. The standard preparatory study and review time for this class is 2 hours each.
Comprehensive evaluation will be made by combining normal points (30%), tasks (30%), and exams (40%). Depending on the progress of the lesson, the points may be changed.
