Outline (in English)

In this course, students will learn of statutes and rules that govern civil action litigation in district courts. Subsequently students will learn what the object of the claim should be, and what is the fact that based on, and how the fact is determined to exist, while picking up some types of disputes. Students will also acquire the basis of litigation activities such as preparation of a complaint, the way of writing answers, and documents stating offer of evidence.
Before/after each class meeting, students will expected to spend two hours to understand the course content.
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following.
Term-end examinetion:70%,in class contribution:30%
