Outline (in English)

●Course outline
The course of Teaching Method of Information Sciences (Joho-ka Kyoiku-ho)is made up of the two classes, Teaching Method I and II. The objectives of Teaching Method I are mainly for students to learn the basic knowledges and skills on information and information technologies, and to understand the goals of the subject and its positioning in the Course of Study for high schools.

●Learning Objectives
・ Learn the policy and social background of setting up the subject "Information" and its position in the curriculum of the entire high school.
・ Understand the difference between the common subject "information" and the specialized subject "information", and the relationship between the common subject "information" and other subjects.

●Learning activities outside of classroom
A、The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.
B、Carefully read the Course of Study / High School "Information" in advance.

●Grading criteria
Participation and attendance in class 40%
Assignment 60% (creation of annual guidance plan, unit plan, etc.)
