Outline (in English)

【Course outline】
This course introduces the role of teachers, the job as teachers the qualities to be a teacher and so on to students taking this course. The goal of this course is to motivate students to aim to be a teacher.
【Learning Objectives】
In this lecture, people aiming for the teaching profession will learn fundamental matters related to teaching jobs, and will decide their aptitude and will aim to raise motivation for the teaching profession. We will examine the current situations of school education and school teachers, their careers, future issues and so on.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】
After each class meeting, students will be expected to spend more than one hour to understand the course content.
【Grading Criteria/Policy】
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on following
Reaction paper:70%,Mid-term report:30%,and in-class contribution.
