Outline (in English)

Decision making is the cognitive act of a person or group to select and implement one of the best solutions from multiple alternatives in order to achieve a particular goal.
This lecture first clarifies the position of decision-making in all situations, whether individuals or groups, in social sciences such as economics, business administration, and sociology. Next, regarding the decision-making method, we will organize goal recognition, information gathering, measures, selection of the best policy and execution plan, implementation and management.
