【授業の概要（Course outline）】
Students will learn the basics of the Constitution, focusing on basic human rights and governance mechanisms.
【到達目標（Learning Objectives）】
・Students acquire basic knowledge of the Constitution.
・Students can understand and explain the basic human rights and the separation of powers.
・Students can consider social issues based on their knowledge of the Constitution.
【授業時間外の学習（Learning activities outside of classroom）】
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content.
【成績評価の方法と基準（Grading Criteria /Policy）】
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following
Term-end examination : 50%, Reports : 36%, Usual performance score : 14%

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
この授業は、個人の基本的人権や国の統治の仕組みを中心に、憲法の基礎を学ぶことを目的とします。この授業では、日本国憲法の条文解説だけではなく、現代社会の具体的な憲法の論点も扱います。
到達目標Goal
・憲法の基礎的な知識を身につける。
・基本的人権の統治機構を理解し、それを説明できる。
・憲法の知識を基礎にして、社会的問題を検討できる。

参考書References
授業内で適宜紹介しますが、差し当たり芦部信喜(高橋和之補訂)『憲法』(岩波書店、第7版、2019)を挙げます。
成績評価の方法と基準Grading criteria
期末試験（50％)、レポート（36％)、平常点（14％）を総合的に評価します。
