I. Review and continuation of textbook "The Miracle of Mindfulness" by Thich Nhat Hahn. Add additional textbook if necessary.
II. Analysis of content and vocabulary.
III. Writing and Speaking exercises in respect to class studies.

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives

In this class emphasis is placed on reading aloud and comprehension of authentic English texts. Vocabulary and pronunciation, as well as understanding of reading materials is essential.

到達目標Goal

Acquire English Language skills in reading, speaking, thinking, discussing.Gain confidence in the Presentation of ideas and inspiration using English language comprehension skills.

The classes will continue from spring semester. As classes will be online a short video and essay about the summer break will be the first assignment.The following assignments will include reading materials and study of vocabulary from the text and other selected materials.
