[Course outline]
This course introduces knowledge and skills to make more effective and safe use of computers and the Internet to students taking this course.

[Learning Objectives]
The goals of this course are to acquire the skills necessary for college life and the knowledge that can be used in society.

[Learning activities outside of classroom]
Students who are absent will study by themselves by the next time. Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content.
