Outline (in English)

Even if the times and environment change, it can be said that the universal role of human resources management is to utilize human resources, increase motivation, increase productivity and profits, and maintain the company sustainably. From the perspective of SDGs and social credibility, it is necessary to comply with laws and regulations (work rules) and operate an appropriate personnel

Therefore, based on specific cases, we will deepen our understanding of personnel systems such as wages and working hours, and learn the basics of what is optimal management for companies / organizations and individuals (employees).

The goals of this course are to learning a basic human resource management and the case of management.

Basically, it will be given in a lecture format, but discussions and practical training will also be included.

Learning is done using one of the tools: resume, related books, online information, newspaper coverage, etc.

Your final grade will be decided based on the following
Term-end examination: 40%、Short reports : 30%、in class contribution: 30%.
