Outline (in English)

 This course is designed to sketch out procedures which are needed for bringing a complaint against administrative acts before executive agencies and to understand sorts of responsibilities of the public entities as well as conditions for attributing responsibility to the public entities.
 After completing this course, you should be able to:
- Sketch out procedures which are needed for bringing a complaint against administrative acts before executive agencies;
- Sketch out requirements for public entities’ compensation for damage which are laid down by Art. 1 (1) of the State Redress Act 1947 (c. 125); and
- Sketch out requirements for public entities’ compensation for damage which are laid down by Art. 2 (1) of the State Redress Act 1947 (c. 125).
 You should spend at least 4 hours on independent learning in order to prepare for and/or follow up every class, reading your own reference book(s).
 Assessment for degree of your understanding is done by an end-of-term written exam (100%). If you cannot attend school because of the spread of covid-19, it is done by a essay in using 'LMS'.
