Outline (in English)

The purpose of this lesson is to learn how to read geographical information from maps and aerial photographs. A map is a virtual world which reconstructed the real world. We practice reading with a paper map and data processing using a computer. Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend two hours to understand the course content. Final grade will be calculated according to the following process Mid-term report (20%), term-end examination (30%), and in-class contribution.
