Outline (in English)

・Course outline
This course deals with the rules and problems about when is a contract be made, if a contract be made, what effects come up, and what is the case that a contract can be dissolved, and the effects of various kinds of contract that are provided in the code of civil law.
And by learning about the cases that have relations to the problems stated previously, students aim to acquire how to apply each of these articles, practically.

・Learning Objectives
By the end of the course, students should be able to do the followings:
①to understand the rules that applied to all contracts, commonly.
②to understand each rules that applied to contracts that provided in the code of civil law, specially.
③to apply each articles that learn at this course to practical cases, taking ① and ② into consideration.

・Learning activities outside of classroom
Before each class meetings, students will be expected to have read the articles that took up at next class meetings.
After each class meetings, students will be expected to take the time to read the relevant part of the text, referring to the explanation and the papers about summary that provided at each class meetings.
Your required study time is at least four hours for each class meetings.

・Grading Criteria 
Final grade will be decided based on Term-end examination(100%).
