Outline (in English)

In this course, student learn the outline of Administrative Law. After taking this course, student will be able to:
- Explain the basic concepts in administrative law.
- Explain the legal relationship between state or public entities and private natural or legal person.
- Explain the relationship between state or public entities and administrative agencies.
- Describe the concepts, classifications, and outlines of legal restrictions concerning various acts of administrative agencies.
- Explain the means of securing the effectiveness of acts of administrative agencies and the outline of legal restrictions on them.
- Understand the problems and contemporary issues of the basic principles, administrative organization and acts of administrative agencies in administrative law, and discuss their solutions.
