Outline (in English)

Criminal law refers to the study of the elements of a criminal offenses and the criminal punishments, based on the the law of the same name(criminal law).
Special criminal law focuses on the specific elements of each offense(section 77-264), more particularly on individual legal interests (some keys to study the social/state legal interests might be provided)
The main objective of this course is for the student to learn the process of interpretation and how to apply it to any given situation. To reach this goal, case study allows to know the type of situation in which a section is applied, and doctrine interpretation study allows to understand the legal reasoning behind the constitution, or not, of each offense.
