Outline (in English)

Students learn the basics of preservation of museum materials, which is necessary to obtain a curator's license. Museums are responsible for exhibition and preserving materials. In order to fulfill this contradictory role, the basic knowledge for the proper maintenance of deterioration and harmful factors, exhibition and preservation environment is acquired. In addition, since museums are responsible for the protection of local cultural properties, we would like to take a look at the preservation and utilization of cultural properties.
