Outline (in English)

In this course, a textbook that a researcher wrote only by oneself is taken up, and the book is reviewed. The purpose to do that is students learn to criticize legal theory, not to know Administrative Law. A book taken up in this course is “GENERAL THEORY OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW” written by Tokiyasu FUJITA. However we don’t have enough time. So, in this course, we pick up ‘General Principle of Administrative Law’, ‘Administrative Discretion’, ‘Administrative Disposition’, ‘Administrative Guidance’, ‘Action for Revocation of Administrative Disposition’, ‘State Redress’, ‘Just Compensation’, and ‘Objective Litigation’(include Transitional Measures Concerning Citizen Actions and Interagency Actions).
