Outline (in English)

  After completing this course, concerning general matters on the legislation of policy objectives, you should be able to:
- Explain legislative fact and offer an analysis of it, and also explain importance of it in making the Act of Parliament and bye-laws;
- Explain how/what kind of legal measures should be provided and composed in the statute law above mentioned, and besides, explain how they should influence the public;
- Explain and offer an analysis particular issues which need considering in making the Act of Parliament and bye-laws so as to ensure effectiveness of them;
- Explain roles of peoples working in making the Act of Parliament and bye-laws (peoples like a parliamentary counsel); and
- Explain process of making the Act of Parliament and bye-laws.
  After following through this course, as concerns a particular Act of Parliament and a certain range of bye-laws, you should able to, for example:
- Sketch out the Act on the Protection of Specially Designated Secrets 2013 (c.108), with identifying problems of that Act and offering solutions to them; and
- Sketch out the Act to Prevent Illegal Activities by Members of Organized Crime Groups (like hoodlums or mobster) 1991 (c.77) and provide an overview of bye-laws made in order to exclude that Members from our society, with identifying problems of the Act 1991 and bye-laws and also offering solutions to them.
