Outline (in English)

Mechanics of materials is a basic engineering subject related to the strength and physical performance of structures. This course covers fundamental concepts such as stresses and strains, deformations and displacements, elasticity and inelasticity, and load-carrying capacity extended to analysis and design of structural members subjected to tension, compression and bending.
