Outline (in English)

The aim of this course is to provide students with ability to think accurately, and improve the analytical capabilities in the field of sience and enginnering by laboratory experiments and simulations.

The specific goals of this integrated course are:
1) Students to be able to explain the basic theory and principles from the viewpoint of mechanical engineering.
2) Students to be able to understand how to design an experiment set-up correctly.
3) Students to be able to obtain and analyze the data.


The final grade will be determined according to the following criteria:
・Only students with attendance rate of over 80%(12/14 or over)will evaluated.
・Attendance,submittted reports,the students experimental performance in the lab are evaluated 50% and the quality of the reports 50%.
To pass,students must earn at least 60 points out of 100.
