Outline (in English)

(1) Our class aims at historically trace the development of Japanese Capitalism and and the necessary changes associated with it in the inter-war phase based and then to define the former as the part of the preliminary stage for the world-wide transformation from the fordism to the post-fordism.
(2) (1) is, however, composed not simply of hronologically “sorting out” the historicals facts but rather of theoretico-historical grasping of the estabslihsment of Japanese Finance Capitalism and the social institutions closely associated with it.
(3) (1) and (2) also aim at having a bird’s-eyes view of the Japanese Economy after the WWII.
