Outline (in English)

In modern society, the establishment of various legal norms (legislation) is being carried out in order to improve the welfare of the people according to the change of the times and to adjust the complicated interests of people. And the legal norms must be complied with by the people, but on the other hand, necessary revision or abolition must be done promptly according to changes in the socioeconomic situation.
Learning of legislation is an attempt to understand and further evolve the significance, content, procedures, etc. of the establishment, revision and abolition of the legal norms.
This lecture outlines such learning of legislation and its surroundings.
