Outline (in English)


The aim of this course in quality management theory is learn about methods of capturing and handling various sorts of data in order gain skills in solving practical problems.
At the forefront of problem solving approaches are the understanding of fundamental theory of statistical quality control (SQC) as well as representative statistical methods. Focus will also be given on experience of analyzing real data.
Through this course, by obtaining skills in statistical approaches and analysis methods such as hypothesis testing, students should become familiar with the data underlying various problems and phenomena and reach a position to analyze and evaluate them independently.
