Outline (in English)

This lecture is aimed to think about the principles and strategies for media usage for organizations and individuals.
Nowadays many troubles are occurred on internet services. These are new phenomenon on quite new conditions which we had never confronted until a few years ago. Therefore, resolutions for such problems have not been set yet in many cases. Thus we, who are using ICT: Information Communication Technology have to decide by ourselves not to rely on any formula.
In this lecture, we presume “Information Ethics” as our abilities toward solving problems on ICT, and we can also call “communication abilities” in wider definition.
Taking it as "communication abilities", this is not a new problem at all, and human have confronted it every time when new media is evolved.
Thus, this lecture series start from looking about troubles on internet, then search into history when new media was born. Finally, we discuss about what conditions are required when we have to confront new media situations.
