Outline (in English)

[Outline]
This course will introduce basic knowledge of the changes in the natural environment. It will also introduce natural resources that are on the earth which humans use.

[Course outline]
In order for human beings, who are prosperous on the earth, to continue to survive, rules regarding resources, energy, environmental conservation, etc. are becoming necessary. I would like to deepen my understanding while explaining the origin of the earth and the natural environment where sunlight is the only energy source, why it is necessary to build a sound material-cycle society.

[Learning Objectives]
It is understood that the global environment is a closed system, and in principle, there is no increase or decrease in elements, and substances do not enter or leave. Utilization of limited resources requires rules and must be fair. We confirm that effective use of natural energy with sunlight as the origin is essential from the viewpoint of environmental conservation and permanence. How does R & D lead to our lives? I want to be interested in environmental chemistry (science).

[Learning activities outside of classroom]
4 hours is the standard for studying outside class hours such as preparation and review of this class. For topics of particular interest, study to a level that will be helpful for the class, and ask questions during or after class hours. In addition, feel free to approach the instructor in charge after the class.
