Outline (in English)

Organizational behavior seeks to understand human behavior in organizational contexts. Students will learn the approaches of organizational behavior, by studying concepts and theories mainly developed in the field of psychology, social psychology, and sociology. Students will also acquire the knowledge and skills to analyse problems found in their organizations and to propose prospective solutions to the problems. Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to read the relevant paper(s). Required self-study time will be more than four hours each class. Evaluation will be based on 1) class contribution, including text-based presentation and discussion (50%), and 2) interim and final reports presentation/submission (50%)
