Outline (in English)
【Course outline）】
The objective of this course is to understand the French corporate governance system.
【Learning Objectives】
・Understand the corporate governance system in the country of comparison (France).
・Understand the differences between Japanese and French corporate governance systems.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】
Students are required to read assigned materials and prepare for other assignments. Your required study time is at least 5 hours for each class meeting.
【Grading Criteria/Policy】
Class participation (40%), presentation and/or response papers to the assigned reading (60%).

フランスにおけるコーポレート・ガバナンス・システムについて、必読文献に依拠しながら日本法との比較法的な分析・検討を行うリサーチワーク科目である。
到達目標Goal
１．比較対象国(フランス）におけるコーポレート・ガバナンス・システムを理解すること。
２．比較法的な知見をもとにわが国における関連する法制度上の問題について検討すること。
