Outline (in English)
This course will examine the latest precedents in corporate law. The goal is to deepen students' awareness of the realities of disputes involving corporate law and to develop their ability to identify and resolve issues that have not been adequately examined in the past. Students are required to study for 4 hours in addition to the class. Grades will be evaluated as follows: 40% for the presentation in class, 30% for contribution to the class, and 30% for the report.

会社法の最新判例を検討する。これにより会社法が関わる紛争の現実についての認識を深め、これまで十分検討されてこなかった問題を発見し、解決する能力を身につけることが目的である。

判決原文を読解し、判決のどの部分が重要であるのか、またそれが学問上どのように位置づけられるのかといったことについて自分の言葉で表現することができる。
