Outline (in English)

The globalization affects laws in a lot of countries. Nowadays, any law researchers have to learn about other countries’ legal systems. In this course, Australian legal system, especially, the law’s origin, the Constitution, the Judicial System, the Administrative Law and the Immigration Law, is taken up, as one example of other country’s law system.
At the end of the course, students are expected to explain basic matters of Australian legal System.
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content.
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following;
In class contribution: 100%.
