Outline (in English)

It is a course work subject to analyze a legal system in the Meiji period by Japanese documents historically.
I may change historical documents depending on the interest of the student attending a lecture, and a following classes plan is one case to the last.
Why is only a specific norm called "law" although law is a kind of a norm? ow on earth is the other norm distributed and what kind of relationship with law does it have in the actual condition?It enables a participant to carry out these themes by investigation and study in this seminar.
In this lesson, literature is specified and a reporter reports the specified range of the book . All participants debate after that.
The participant has to read a textbook and a reference book. A participant needs to spend 2 hours, respectively for preparation and review of this lesson.A grade evaluation is performed based on attendance to a lesson, and fulfillment of the directed report subject and a presentation subject.
