Outline (in English)

To study the core concepts of media literacy
To explore how the media construct their messages
To learn how to make a Public Service Announcement
The goal of the course is for students to understand the concept of media literacy and the language of video, to acquire video production skills, and to be able to produce short videos. Students will produce videos outside of class time. Evaluation will be based on 30% quizzes, 50% submissions, and 20% study attitude.
Students need to work outside of the classroom to create their work. The amount of time varies depending on the student,but Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content.
