Outline (in English)

[Course outline] 
This lesson is aimed at building your own way of learning and acquiring your own learning system by practicing the PDCA cycle by "learning" and "practicing in the workplace".
 In class, by reviewing the employment experience, you deeply analyze yourselves and learn how to think about your future work.
And you will learn future-oriented ideas and acquire the ability to design careers.

[Learning Objectives]
Reflecting on the internship experience, students will consider the meaning of work and the meaning of work. The goal of the class is to learn how to learn through practice by going through a series of experiences and reflections. The goal is for students to be able to control their own PDCA cycle of experiencing, reflecting, and improving their actions.

[Learning activities outside of classroom]

  This class is likely to take up a lot of time outside of class time. You will need time to work on interviews and assignments. In addition to this, please allow time to think carefully about what career design is. Be sure to gather information about industries and companies on a regular basis. The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.

[Grading Criteria /Policy]
 Evaluation will be based on practical training results, submission of practical training-related documents, level of class participation, and written reports. Practical experience is a prerequisite for evaluation. Submission of practical training-related documents is considered to be the completion of the practical training. 60% for class participation, 30% for class assignments, and 10% for written reports. Grading is based on a 100-point scale, with a score of 60 or higher being considered passing.
