Outline (in English)

<Outline and objectives>
 This is a lecture to enhance the learning effect of employment experience. The purpose is to deepen your awareness and thinking about work by discussing with others.Group work is done with the aim of knowing the way of thinking and values ​​of others and getting used to collaborative work.
 Through this lesson, you will increase your awareness of working by deeply thinking about your occupation and working. By knowing various opinions, you will be able to put together your ideas.

<Goal>
(Preparation period for practical training)
1. To learn the meaning of designing one's career and to be aware of the significance of career experience learning.
2. To understand the outline of the training site and to have one's own ideas about the organization where one will work.
3. To switch from student mode to working mode.
(During the practical training)
1. To realize and practice the importance of self-motivation.
2. To build human relations with the people at the training site.
3. To hone one's sensitivity to new phenomena, to improve one's grasp of the situation in the field, to realize the importance of the ability to identify and solve problems in the field.


< Work to be done outside of class >
The intern will be responsible for gathering information and contacting the client for practical training. In some cases, you may be asked to go to the client for an interview. Students will conduct research on "what is an organization" or "the industry in which the internship takes place. The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.

<Grading criteria>
Each class report 60%
Company research report 40%
