Outline (in English)

This course aims to help junior high and high school students acquire communication skills related to career education.
By the end of the course, students should be able to do the following:
− To understand the needs, perspectives, and behaviors of others and to be able to relate to others through facilitation,
− To design and demonstrate a workshop-style career education program for junior high and high school students.
Students will be expected to have completed the required assignments after each class meeting.
Your study time will be more than four hours for a class.
Grading will be based on reports (50%) and in-class contributions (50%).
