Outline (in English)

The aim of this course is to help students acquire
an understanding of employment policy, career theory, human resource development and human resource management.
Goal
At the end of the course, students are expected to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for research.
Work to be done outside of class (preparation, etc.)
Students will be expected to have completed the required assignments after each class meeting. Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content.
Grading criteria
In accordance with the standards of the graduate school, students will be evaluated comprehensively based on their comments and work status in seminar activities and preparation work for the paper.
