Outline (in English)

 This course aims to offer a basic introduction to public international law, primarily dealing with the following topics: general theory; fundamental substantive rights and obligations of states.
 Students are expected to obtain key knowledge and skills to practice law in this field.
 Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend 2 hours to understand the course content.
 Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following
Term-end examination or report:80%、preparation and in class contribution: 20%
