Outline (in English)

【Course outline】
Civil Execution and Civil Provisional Remedies are the means to realize the real law rights. Without an accurate understanding of the rights realization process, it is impossible to appropriately deal with private law rights in society.
【Learning Objectives】
The goal of this course is for students to have an understanding of the Civil Execution and Civil Provisional Remedies at the level of passing the bar exam.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】
Before each class meeting, students will be expected to have read the relevant chapter(s) from the text. Your required study time is at least two hours for each class meeting.
【Grading Criteria /Policy】
Grading will be based 100% on the results of the final exam.
