Outline (in English)

【Course outline】
In this class, we will examine the basic mechanisms of each of the various civil procedures stipulated by the Civil Procedure Act, the Personal Status Litigation Act, the Domestic Relations Case Procedure Act, the Civil Execution Act, the Civil Provisional Remedies Act, the Bankruptcy Act, and the Civil Rehabilitation Act.
【Learning Objectives】
At the end of the course, students are expected to explain correctly the basic mechanisms of each of various civil procedures stipulated by the Civil Procedure Act, etc.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content.
【Grading Criteria /Policy】
Grading will be decided based on Q&A in each class(40%) and the term-end report (60%) .
