Outline (in English)

The supply chain is an activity ranging from product planning, procurement, production, storage, sales, and AS, and is a chain of product supply. The supply chain is the business itself and the basis of management. Involving many companies in the manufacturing, distribution, logistics and industries to support people's lives. The quality of this supply chain will determine the rise and fall of each participating company. In addition, the importance is being raised in the business of public corporations and local governments. The magnitude of the impact of supply chain disruptions due to natural disasters and the impact on the environment have also spread beyond consideration. Also, with the expansion of the Internet economy, the supply chain extends beyond national borders, and laws and regulations and business practices in other countries are different, so Japanese-style management must change its perspective. We will discuss and discuss what a supply chain should be in a sustainable society on a global scale.
