Outline (in English)

A project is a value-creating enterprise that takes a specific mission and aims to achieve it in a specific period of time and under specific constraints.
There are various types of projects such as business, product/service creation, research, and invent, etc. In order to create innovative and valuable deliverables, the following three systems and methods are studied.(1) Design Thinking (2) Systems thinking and systems engineering (3) Business Analysis (a system for analyzing requirements to create solutions from the business perspective and the customer perspective)
In addition, students will learn how to create an organizational culture that fosters innovative thinking and avoids stereotyping.
