Outline (in English)

A project is a value-creating enterprise that takes a specific mission and aims to achieve it in a specific period of time and under specific constraints.
A project is characterized by (1) being an activity that achieves an objective, (2) having a specified beginning and end point, (3) having constraints on the resources available, and (4) being unique and risky compared to routine work. Project management is the application of the most appropriate knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to successfully complete a project, meeting or exceeding the requirements and expectations of the various stakeholders. In this course, students will gain an understanding of project management knowledge and skills in the classroom through exercises on their own projects.
