Outline (in English)
Project is activities for future creating value under a specific mission and certain constraints such as resources or situation during a certain period. The characteristics of a project are: (1) activities to achieve the purpose, (2) there is a point of start and end specified, (3) there are restrictions on resources that can be used, (4) Since it gives out a specific result or solves a specific problem, it is clear that what to accomplish is clear, so the success or failure is clearly understood. Project management apply optimal knowledge, technology, tools and techniques to satisfy the requirements and expectations of business entities and other stakeholders or to achieve further results in order to lead the project to success. In this lesson, we understand the knowledge and skills of project management at lecture, and acquire the application of project management through team exercises. The content of the lesson is for small and medium-sized enterprises.

First, at lecture, explain the system, knowledge, process, tools and techniques related to project management, and convey the skills required of the project manager. In the exercise, exercises related to project management are presented from the lecturer, so study or exercise is studied by the team or individual from the knowledge and thought learned in the lecture and from a wide range of perspectives, and a presentation or report is prepared.

Preparation
Lecture materials on the class schedule (class theme and contents of each class) will be posted in advance, so prepare and learn about themes related to the lesson through literature survey etc.

If you still have any questions, do a literature survey or ask the instructor.(As a standard, 2 hours for preparation and 2 hours for review: a total of 4 hours.)

成績評価の方法と基準Grading criteria
·Attitude to participate in lectures (30%), Participation in team exercise (30%), Mutual evaluation (40%)
·Team exercises and report preparation using knowledge learned in the lecture and information studied by oneself.
·Team exercises and evaluations are carried out every time.
·In the case of team exercises, conduct studies by mutual assessment by students, attitudes towards consideration, enthusiasm, presentation and question-and-answer.
·If the degree of participation is less than 75% (21frames= 2100minutes= 35hours),it is not subject to evaluation.

· Each lesson classroom is Hosei University New Hitokuchizaka School Building 501 classroom.
· Each lesson day is described before each lesson content of the lesson plan, and the lesson time is 5 time period (16:50-18:30) and 6 time limit (18:35 - 20:15) in principle.
·Instructors have been involved in management diagnosis, advice, management strategy planning, business reform, resource procurement, system development, system audit, information security audit, system operation support, etc. of major IT companies and SMEs related to management information strategy. He has practical experience and is qualified as a PMP, SME consultant, technician [Information Engineering Department, Comprehensive Technology Management Department], IT coordinator, and system audit technician.
