Outline (in English)

After reviewing the development of group approaches and the meaning, forms, application and theory of group approaches, we will learn the significance and practicality of group approaches and deepen understanding experientially.
【Learning Objectives】
The goals of this course are to deepen the understanding of the theory of group approach, to deepen self-understanding and human understanding, and to acquire attitude as a group facilitator.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】
It is advisable to join an intensive group such as the Basic Encounter Group. Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content.
【Grading Criteria /Policy】
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following
Term-end report: 50%、in class contribution: 50%
